The reception can provide you with universal electrical adapters as well as charging cables for your telephone and others (deposit CHF. 30.--)

In addition to the products already in your room, the following complementary products are available at reception: toothbrush kit, shaving kit, comb, cotton buds, shoehorn, sewing kit, nail file, sanitary towel, and also in case of need: blanket, pillow, comforter, linen, dishcloth...

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In order to guarantee a good functioning, it is necessary to close the windows when the air conditioning is on. The system is only activated during the summer months when the outside temperature is above 24c°.

You can set the alarm clock on your TV or ask the reception to wake you up.

Our housekeeper will arrange for a babysitting service. Please contact the reception at least 24 hours in advance.

Our banquet service is at your disposal for the organization of a meeting or a family meal in one of our lounges.

The hotel bar is open from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

One bathrobe per person is available in the wardrobe of your room.

The breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00. If you have chosen the formula with breakfast, then it can also be taken in your room in Continental form. Simply fill out the form hanging by your door and hang it outside the door before 03:00.

On request, an express breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, chocolate bar, yogurt, fruit) can be served from 5:00 am. Please inform the reception the day before.

A Business Corner is available free of charge on the 3rd floor opposite the elevator. Ask for the key at the reception.

We do not have a cigarette vending machine.

We would like to remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden in your room and in the entire hotel. In case of violation, you will be charged CHF 200 for cleaning.

On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your room before 12:00 pm. We will be happy to store your luggage at the reception until your departure. However, if you wish to check out later, please contact the reception. An "Express Check-out" package is also available on request.

If you require medical assistance, please contact the reception (111). You can also contact the emergency room at 0+144.

The voltage in Switzerland is 230 volts. All sockets provide permanent power.

The emergency exits are indicated by signs. Fire extinguishers are located in each corridor. In case of fire, it is forbidden to use the elevators! An evacuation plan is located in your room. We recommend that you read the procedure in case of fire.

Meeting point at the Victoria Hotel (300 meters towards the train station).

You can change foreign currencies at the reception. The maximum amount is CHF. 500.-. You can also go to the nearest bank which is 300 meters from the hotel (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm).

The Lake Geneva region offers a multitude of possibilities for excursions: visits to museums, wine tasting, cruises on the lake and many other activities. The reception will be happy to advise you. Ask for our Vaud wine tourism program.

You have the possibility to choose the "Express Check-Out" formula, just mention it during the check-in and the reception team will ask you to fill in a form. Your paid invoice will then be sent to you by email.

Fans are available upon request. Do not hesitate to contact the housekeeper in case of need.

The entire hotel is equipped with a fire detection system. Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the following recommendations:

- Stay calm.

- The evacuation plan is located near the door of your room.

- The emergency exits on your floor are clearly marked. The escape route is marked with signs indicating the stairs to take.

- Give the alarm to the reception ( 111). Indicate your room number and the extent of the disaster.

- Close doors and windows to prevent drafts and the spread of fire.

- Take only the most important papers and valuables with you. Leave your room calmly.

- Do not take the elevator.

- If you cannot reach the corridors, emergency exits and evacuation routes, stay in your room, close doors and windows and seal gaps with wet cloth (around doors and windows).

- Signal your presence to the rescue team by waving large, light-colored objects behind the closed window.

Do not smoke in your room, especially in bed.

The use of candles, gas burners or liquid fuel is strictly forbidden.

It is forbidden to cook in the room.

Turn off all electrical appliances immediately after use.

If you need a porter for your luggage (06:00 to 22:00), please contact the reception.

Indoor parking spaces are available on request at a cost of CHF. 25 per day (limited number). There is also the possibility to obtain at the reception desk day passes for outdoor parking spaces on the public domain at the price of CHF. 15.- and CHF 5.-.

There are several golf courses in the Lausanne area (Le Chalet à Gobet, Evian, Bonmont, Payerne, Aigle, ...). The tourist office at the Lausanne train station will be happy to advise you.

Do not hesitate to contact the housekeeper if you need an extra item in your room, as well as for any information concerning the laundry and dry cleaning services.

To order ice cubes free of charge, please call the reception.

Irons and ironing boards are at your disposal, please contact the reception.

Free WiFi internet access (1G-1G) is available throughout the hotel, access codes are available at the reception.

For any laundry or dry-cleaning service, please use the bag provided in the closet. Contact the housekeeper or drop off the bag of dirty laundry at the reception desk. From Monday to Friday, laundry given before 9:00 am will be returned the same day around 6:00 pm. No service on weekends and holidays.

A luggage room is at your disposal 24 hours a day at the reception.

A selection of dishes is available for room service during the restaurant's opening hours (11:30 am - 1:30 pm / 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm). Please contact the restaurant service directly for any orders.

Messages are automatically put in the room if the red card is not present.

Complimentary non-carbonated mineral water is available in your room on arrival.

Newspapers are available in the bar and restaurant in French, English and German.

A pharmacy is open every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm at the train station.

The large pillows on your bed are anti-allergy. The small pillows are made of feathers.

Our restaurant has a very good reputation and is open from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm (last order at 1:30 pm) and from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm (last order at 9:30 pm). Tasty cuisine to be tasted according to the seasons in a unique and stylish setting. Take advantage of our terrace during the summer.

Room service is available during restaurant hours. A menu is available from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

The management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the room. A safe is available in your room. Safes are also available at the reception desk. The maximum cover of the safe in your room is CHF. 2000.00, while the maximum cover for a safe at the reception is CHF. 5000.-.

From Monday to Friday, the stores are open from 9 am to 7 pm, on Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and closed on Sunday. Some stores are open on Sunday in Ouchy and at the train station.

Tap water is drinkable, so it is perfectly safe to drink if you wish.

To make a call outside the hotel, dial 0 before the number. To reach the reception, the housekeeper or the restaurant press the key with the corresponding logo. To call another room, dial 2 followed by the room number.
